I saw the Game ad this week for the Cell C Samsung S3 phone for R299,
i got to the Game store in Game city in durban and was told that thay do not have stock even after i called and was told 2 times that thay have alot of stock for cell c, after an hour of the staff memebrs not talkiing to us and tryng to call around thay found the staff at the back office, ( so the staff ladys were to lazy to go get, as its easy to say we dnot have stock), so now she found stock and we start to fill out the form to get a contact, even after we told them its a new contact thay still think its a add on contact!!!
then after filliing the forms out the one lady goes to the office to process the app and the other lady to lunch, now we waiting after 45mins still nothing, i go and find the lady in the back office siting having tea and reading a paper i try to ask about whats going on and she shuts the door in my face with force, now we have been waiting over 2 hours 15mins and still nothing, then i look for a manager and was told no hes busy ill help you and was then told that the deal is not on the system so she cant sell it to me, but yet the store has no stock!!! im really so mad! have more to tel
