Very bad service

I wanted to upgrade my contract to a blackberry, so I asked the salese consultant witch one will be a good option and leticha said that the blackberry 9320 will be a good option, so I asked her is there any problems with that handset and she said no, so I got the phone. Four days later first problem, handset gets hot, so I took it back and thay say it is no sepose to do that, so thay send it back and say it is a obf, got a new one, I thouth one phone, problem sorted, but I was wrong, had the same problem. With new handset nr two. So go back, booked it in, at cape gate, thay let me know I must come get a nother one, but thay did not have stock so I had to go to tygervally branch to get it. That is when I met rochellin and she told me that thay have a big problem with the 9320 I am now sitting with handset nuber three, and once again same problem.

So I went back to vodacom cape gate and thay say no that thay have to send it in again to get approval for a new one, I said that I am not intered in that handset. Thay gave me a number to phone [021 975 6143] and sort it out mysel.

Please let me know what will be the next step.
