The problem started when an upgrade was done at the beginning of the year from a black berry bold to a black berry z10.
I was advised that we would receive 25 sms, R200 Airtime and 250 MB of data.
from inception we have not received the data of 250MB, we noticed this on the second month called in to 173 and it was done we received it and was advised it has now been sorted. month 1 & 2 have passed and i have only revived 250 instead of 500! month 3 same issue we called and was advised it was loaded but it has not been because we have the phone and it would be quite obvious and MTN service centers cannot help for reasons unknown to man. why do you even have mtn outlets then. please rectify this problem as it has been far to long. is it fair to pay for items you do not get??? the service from mtn is appalling!!! soon be be vodacom client for non delivery...
