TELKOM TELEPHONE NAME CHANGE

We bought a business 3 months ago, fill in forms 4 months before that, went to a telkom office,
me and the previous owner for name change.
Since then I made several calls toe call centre. She refer me to the telkom offices where I filled in the forms.
They refer me back to the call centre. Nobody can help me, I keep holding for 30- 50 minutes, without no help.
Now they tell me I can't get help, because i've got a switchboard and had to change this, before I can change my name.
I only got 1 telephone with 1 direct line. They told me on the system shows a junction line.
So I still get only accounts on the previous owners name/
