Afrihost promised customers that they would deliver a MiFi device and sim to customers before Friday the 6th Sep. Collivery (they useless delivery service they used, also promised that all customers would receive their devices by Friday. On Thursday the day before I contacted them and they assured me they would deliver the device on Friday by 4pm. Being a sales rep, I took off work to receive the device, which never arrived. Upset, I called them and Collivery and they ensure me it would be here by monday the 9th,
Monday 5pm, and still no device. Calling Collivery, apparently the driver did come past, but he didn't ring the bell. He says he drove past and hooted, but no one came outside (obviously), and didnt bother to get out of his vehicle and ring the bell, because he was in a hurry. WHAT?? Are you kidding me! What kind of company does Afrihost hire to represent them??? And why, if they cant deliver all the devices on time, dont they GET HELP from another delivery company. I am socked by Collivery and Afrihost's service. Will not be recommending your service to anyone.
