I have been a client of Afrihost for a year now and have been delighted by their service. Recently I signed up for their new mobile data service, had my RICA documents ready and expected delivery through MDS Collivery as indicated in e-mails and a tracking service from MDS Collivery. I have not left the delivery address for three days as the online tracking service kept indicating a changed or delayed delivery time. The tracking service now indicates a "failed delivery" and calls to both Afrihost and MDS Collivery result in referrals back and forth. Now Mr Johan van Heerden of MDS Collivery tells me telephonically that he can't inconvenience thousands of other clients by sending the driver back even though failed delivery was the driver's error or responsibility. Afrihost has not done themselves any credit by choosing this courier service.
