Apart from the efficiency of their customer support, which I have always endorsed, Afrihost surprised me once again today.
I have made an error on my side, which resulted in a massive 'bill shock', that Afrihost was not responsible for in any way, as it was all due to error and ignorance on my part.
I sent an email to them to highlight the issue*, in order to educate customers so that the same does not happen to them. After a few brief emails back and forth, Afrihost Management has gone above and beyond to make my problems go away. And the best part is that I was not even an unhappy client!

*I have purposefully reduced the level of detail of the problem, to deter opportunists from taking advantage of the situation.
