This is the second time I have ordered products (not fresh products - shoes etc) from the [URL Removed] website, whereby they process my order and then on the day my delivery is suppose to come, they phone me and tell me they do not have stock.
Why let the order go through and me enter my payment details if you don't have stock??? Why wait 2 or 3 days to tell me you do not have stock, why not just say so when I select the product online???
If i knew you did not have stock when I ordered, I could have gone else where to find what I need, now I do not have time to go else where.
This is absolutely pathetic!!
