Dear Kim,
Please note that I am STILL waiting for somebody (? ANYBODY) to phone me from Vodasure after you escalated the issue at hand to them on 03/09/2013. When you escalate a problem, please follow up to ensure the issue is addressed in a reasonable time! Can you please re-"escalate" the issue, as I am not backing up on this until I get a proper response on their incompetence.
