Upgraded on 27th May to Smart S with 200MB data and free BBM for 24 months.
1. Was not told i had to do swim swap by agent.
2. After swim swap on the 1st June, everythng was working, next day everything stopped working.
3. No data, No BBM.
4. Lost R219 airtime from previos contract after being told it would be transfered to new contract.
its been 4 days now, still no response or resolution. Tried calling customer care numerous times but just hang on for hours literally.
