Shocking service from SABC

Each and every year I faithfully pay my TV licence. On Friday the 15/11/2013 I went in to purchase as TV only to be declined. SABC had somehow linked my husband to my profile, how I have no idea as I am the main account holder and have always been. Upon getting home I phoned SABC and was told to get an affidavit to delink my husband. I emailed this and was told this would be resolved. Saturday I phoned SABC to see if it was delinked and spoke to Nonhlanhla she said yes < I then asked if I could go purchase a TV well to my disgust I couldnt SABC had merged the money owing from my husband where they got that and how confuses me, as he is not the account holder. Firstly the amount was approximately R600.00 on Friday then on Saturday it was approx R500.00 . When I phoned SABC 19/11/2013 the amount has jumped up to R2240.00 I am very angry as each and every year SABC write to us telling us we owe them money. My husband and I have tried to sort this problem out and to no avail. I have also emailed SABC 20/11/2013 and have demanded that they write of the huge amount and if they look at my recoreds they will see I pay every year. I am sure I am not the only person who battles with SABC.
