Having difficulties with Bonitas after my dad (main member) passed away and change over to have my mum the main member.
Medical aid was reinstated on 1 April 2013 with my mum as main member and provided her banking details. The medical aid was suspended on 22 April 2013. I make payment of R14720 on 22/04/1013 to get the suspension lifted as directed by the call center agent.
When I call on 24/04/2013 to find out if suspension has been lifted I find out that a debit of R18400 has already been loaded to go out on 01/05/2013 and they cannot reverse it!!! Suspension still has not been lifted.
What the Bonitas, how can you suspend someones medical aid before you request a debit from their account? No prior contact before the medical aid was suspended as well.
Sort your billings systems out and don't make me responsible for your mess ups!!!
