No call backs and refusal of service

On 26/08/2013, Jacqueline called me to finally sort out a number of problems on our account. Some were 'apparently' resolved immediately while others she needed to sort out the issues with the web technicians and the store where the account was activated. She promised that she would call me back within 2 days. Once again I have had to call to find out what is going on because I have not received the promised feedback. I called on 04/09/2013 and spoke to Vincent who refused to help me until he spoke to my husband who is the main account holder yet no one else has any problem helping me with these issues that are being experienced. My husband has no time to call or be called because he is very busy at work and finds the telemarketing calls harassing despite when we opened the account we opted out, you still call. I will not accept some half-hearted apology email this time. I expect phone calls and results. I will not run after you to make sure you are doing what you said you would do. You will deal with me, you dealt with me from the start and the problems will get sorted out or the account will not get paid until it is sorted. That you can confirm with the account holder.
