Prblems in getting the account re-activated

We have been trying since last year to get my husband's Jet account re-activated. We went again yesterday to the Wwestgate branch and have been told that they need to confirm employment.

We have been hearing the same old song so many time but no one is doing something to assit us... Why must my husband stay out from work just for Jet to confirm employment to get the ML code (as mentioned by the person who assisted us) lifted?

Why must we be in the store/ why can Jet not just contact my husband's company and confirm employment and after work he can go and collecft his card? we have been with Jet for the past 10years, and since we paid up the account 2yrs ago, we have been strugling to reactivate the account, but yet we receive a statemnet every month by post confirming that Jet owe us R1.11.???
Please can someone assist us cause we now had enough of all this endless problems
