Continued billing after service was stopped

Good day,

It will seem that Vodacom cares about their customers as long as you don't have any problems, but as soon as you have any trouble, Vodacom only cares about money.

I received a call from vodacom to upgrade from Talk500 to Red Advantage. I agreed telephonically that I will accept this offer, but that they must cancel my Data Bundle, since data was included in the Red Advantage package. I was assured that it will be cancelled. I found out to late that they never cancelled it and continued billing me for months. After I realised it, I phoned vodacom and they cancelled it. I also requested that they must pay me back for the months on which they billed me and they said that it will be taken care of and that someone will phone me to solve this issue. Until now, I have heard nothing and also received no back payment.

Not the first time that Vodacom have done this. Their contracts are full of loop holes...
