Mtn incorrectly listed me on itc even though I was made aware that my contract has been terminated as it has reached its two years and refused to renew it. I was then given an amount I needed to pay in order to formally close the account. to my horror a few months later I discovered that I have been listed negatively on itc for a mere R232. no one from mtn ever called me to make me aware of the amount nor received any letter. I would like mtn to rectify this with immediate effect! I have since paid the amount two months ago and it is not cleared. I have spoken to endless people from your contracts department and no one is prepared to help nor listed!! horrible service indeed!
