I upgraded our two contracts, and after setting up R100 call limits, I see my account is still staying high. Phoned Vodacom. They say I now have 4 contracts on my name. I told them it was upgrades, not additional contracts. They now say, in order to cancel the other two, I must first pay this month's installments on the other two. So i have to pay double the installment, in order for them to cancel the two extra's. This is not my fault. The fault is with Vodacom and now i must pay for their mistake! Just like throwing money in the dustbin!!
