Good evening I have a cellphone account with Vodacom which I pay R199 rand a month. About 3 months back I never started receiving my statements an went into store to find out from them that my account was in arrears. I done something silly a month back I thought I could transfer my free minutes from airtime to data which I got charged for over R1000 for 3 gigs of data which I take full responsible for. I go into the shop to pay my account every month. I haven't used my SIM card in a wile an when came to store they advised me my line has been suspended an I owe R1200 I again queried this as my bill is normally only R199 unless Otha calls are made. I've gone into the shop once again to get a itemized bill which could not provide me with. I've called Vodacom customer service an data department spoken to 9 agents an 1 team leader an still have not received my bill. Now I received a lawyers letter advising me they Gona hand me over an blacklist me. I can't afford that to happen I've made a payment of R300 last month cause I made sum calls. Please let me no what to do
