I upgraded my contract on the 1st of march and after two weeks i took my phone to cellc kolonade to be repaired because it kept on switching itself off. They said it will take about 4 weeks. They called me on 25th April and told me to come colllect my phone. I went to collect it on the 26th and when i got home it still had the same problem. So i took it back today the 27th and they told me that they are going to take it back to be repaired. I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE THEY REFUSED.I have to pay every month but I don't have a phone please help me. Why does a new hadset have to be repaired so many times. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
