Poor Customer Service/CLC 950 894

I handed in a cellphone for repair on the 4th August 2013 and to date the repair has not started. I have repeatedly called the Call Centre and left a message for a supervisor to call me back and again to date no one has called me back.

I am not interested in any excuses or the fact that payment needed to be made before any repairs could be carried out. I had to wait 2 weeks for a quote which I received via sms on the 19th August. I called the Call Centre minutes after receiving the sms and was told that the repair would take 7 to 10 working days. I asked whether the quoted amount would be added to my bill and was told yes.

On the 24th August I received another sms to accept the same quote!!! Then I received an sms on the 26th August stating that I needed to first pay for the repair. I payed the quoted amount on the 30th August. It's 11 days later and the repairs have not started!!!

All I can say is poor, very poor service.
