DISGUSTED BY POOR SERVICE RECEIVED!!!

I took a contract for a BB 9900 phone @ R369 PM, I've been experiencing endless software issues with it. Within a month of taking it the phone started rebooting on its own, Booked it in to have it checked and a software ugrade was performed after a WEEK.After it was resolved but was short lived as after 3 months the device started doing the same thing again & after performing multiple software upgrades. it started getting worse in that lines started appearing on the device screen and then disappear, I decided to book it again for a solution on the 31/08/2013. Process is that it would be couriered within a 24hour period to repair centre. 10 days later I decided to contact the Repair centre only to be advised that the device had "NOT" been booked in as yet. PERSON whom I dealt with TREVOR IME number:351503055392789 gave me a promising outlook that it would be resolved or id get a refurbished unit yet nothing has happened to date and I have not been contacted at all. This also appears to be a Non-stop cycling system you have of providing refurbished handsets which other clients sent in due to other problems which one must now face? Either Sort this out or cancel my contract!
