4 repairs on 1 month old S4
I have had my NEW Samsung S4 for only a month and the device has already been in and out the repair centre 3 times already and now they want me to bring it in again. This all started 2 weeks after i got the device. It wasnt doing any downloads or browsing. Took the device in to the Constantia service centre and they said that it was software. Got the device back and got the downloads working. However the battery only lasted me half a day. Took it back for the day and they replaced the battery. Then the screen started giving me . being unresponsive. Took it back and they reloaded software. Now the screen is still giving me and they want me to bring the phone back and replace another part. Samsung, i believe in your products as i also have other devices. Surely this is a defective model. In 1 month, 4 repairs? Whats going on here???? I feel cheated and regret ever getting the S4!!!
