Dear Sir/ madam.
On 20 December I added a new contract to my existing one.
For starters, the person who served me gave me a new number that I did not want especially after I had said I want to retain an old number. They gave me these impossible conditions for that to happen.
Next was the problem that has frustrated me the most.
I applied and was given a contract for a Sony experia Z1 for R439 (R200 airtime, 250 mb and 25sms). However, again, this person made an error and did not load the data bundle on this account.
I called 808 after I realised this and they told me to go to the store where I got the contract. I did that and the store referred me to 808. I called again (this is all in December). 808 referred me back to store and the guy promised to have it sorted out by January when I am back in the country.
I came back in January and nothing has been done. I have since called several times and also sent a query to customer care and got the following ref number 7568366 on 11January 2014.
I am told each time I call that the system technicians have nit loaded and nothing else can be done.
I am disappointed because I have not received what I am expected to pay for.
