Dear sir
Please will you intervene here. It's now going on week 2 no proper or formal answer have been issued to myself by your game department Pavillion Durban. I have purchased a contract 3 month back only to know the handset was not free an no unlimited BBM as this was been told to myself in the game store that this was free if I took the contract. I have been ripped off here. Could someone more senior get involved here and please resolve my complaint. I have been promise buy game store manager Avesh that he will remove the cost of my hand set and add onto my package the unlimited BBM, last Friday 29.11.2013 to date this is not done. I will request now that this contract have been sold to me unlawful. Please note this is not my only contract with Vodacom. I will like to cancel this contract as your franchise is letting your name down, this is really shocking as a Vodacom customer, as this is not the level of service one should receive.
