My Samsung S4

My S4 Galaxy has been in for repairs since early August. I have been pushed around and did everything that Vodacom requested from me but still no results. I have dealt with the repair centre in Johannesburg Lindiwe but she is no help as she plays the same tune of escalation and prioritizing but it has been longer than the actual time of 10 to 14 working Days that they say it normally takes for repairs.. I have tried to speek to Managers but no luck. they. I have now finally requested that my contract be canceeld but even that is a chellenge please help. My Job. no. is 9138517...
