Pathetic service

Since Saturday we have been experiencing exceptionaly eratic service with MTN, Erros we are getting. No network, connection error, number not available (even when the person is sitting next to me) we reported the problem to 3 numbers first was 808 then 8081555 then 0839001212 each one giving the responsibility to the next department. Yesterday when calling the last number thay said they would look into it, this morning when I called the guy answering the phone said it was not t here problem and I should call 8081555 they said I must call 0839001212, calling back I spoke to a guy who I spoke to yesterday (yesterday he said he would escilate it to his supervisor. To-day it was obvious he did not do that and would do it to day.(KEEP IN MIND I NOW USE A VODACOM CARD SO IT IS NOT A DEVICE PROBLEM - I HAD NO OPTIONS AS I RUN MY BUISNESS FROM HOME ON THESE NUMBERS) IS THIS ACCEPTABLE SERVICE, IF SO THEN OK.Is telling me not to get frustrated fair, is telling me that it is not "my" problem fair. is not being able to cancell my contract without costs fair. does MTN normally work like this, have the names of the people I have spoken to, they want to be treated civillaly, do I not get the same libert
