I gave my phone in at the vodacom in rossini boulevard in Vanderbijlpark on the 22nd of last month because my bbm and internet stopped working. Vodacom sent me an sms today that said I should phone them for a quotation on the phone. I phoned them and told them that the phone is on contract and still under warranty and they said that they will not repair the phone under warranty and that I will have to pay over R500 for the repair because there is scratches on the phones cover. That has got to be the most ridicules thing that I have ever heard. Can someone please explain to me what the scratches on the cover of my phone has to do with my bbm and internet? I have 2 contracts with vodacom and I will cancel both of them and never use vodacom again. This is by far the worst service that I have ever received from anyone.
