No reception for 2 months now, have reported it on a weekly basis. Feedback is that the tower is faulty, but nothing gets done about this. I am running a small business from home and cannot make or receive calls. The area is Umdloti South Beach KZN. This has become a serious security issue as well, as we are unable to call anyone in case of an emergency.
Why have an Instagram account or an email address to log a problem if these issues are not investigated or feedback is given to the client?
