Took out a new anytime R50 contract.
Activated on the 5th of September. Got R1.67 airtime (pro-rata for month).
On the 6th of September received a SMS to say that my account was topped up with R50
Checked my balance and the R50 never came through.
Called MTN customer services and they say on the the 6th a company called INTERGRAT took my airtime for a service I'm subscribed to.
I never subscribe to any service.
MTN customer services (Dhasni Govender) says that they can't help me and I must sort out directly with the 3rd party company.
WE CAN'T BUY DATA BUNDLES WITH THE MONYHLY ALLOCATED AIRTIME BUT THEY CAN GIVE THE AIRTIME TO A THIRD PARTY COMPANY.
BEWARE BIG SCAN HERE WITH MTN AND INTEGRAT (DON'T DEAL WITH MTN)
