I recently returned from Malawi and had seen that from my MTN active unbilled balance that I had talked for thirty minutes and was charge over 2000 rands. This equates to R74 per minute based on the statement on the system. I wanted to know how the amount was calculated and the rate used to calculate the amount. I had placed the query through the website and it had the standard reply that it will be address in 48 hours. This was placed on the 4th of September 2013. After todays I had gone on the site to check if there was any feedback as I was not called or communicated in any way. I found that the attendant had posted a query as to which month I was refering to and had subsequently closed the call. I could not reply as the call was closed and had to submit another query. I stated the previous call center number and that the period I was refering to was the unbilled balance. This was on the 6th of September. As of today (10th September) I have not received any feedback on any of the queries and what worries me is that the information I am requesting is supposed to be available to any customer by law (CPA).
