My Attorneys has requested cancellation figures for my bond on the 19th August.
She followed up on 5th September, and nothing has been done. I phoned them on 6th September and they stated it has been escalated and we will get feedback in 3-4 days. On 13th September I phoned again and then they state they have not received anything from the attorney. I logged a complaint on the 13th September; they stated feedback within 24 hours. I phoned on 16th September and now they state they will get back to me within 8 working days!
I cannot accept this pathetic customer service! Is there someone in Standard bank that can resolve this please!
