To whom it may concern

Not happy client at all.

Please check your records how many times I have called standard bank with no help. Check with my id number and get my query sorted out. Am logging a complain on Hello Peter if I don't get any feedback now. I have gone to the Bedford branch with no help. Can a human being assist me. My cheque account was closed and my balance to be transferred to my saving account the same day as it is within the same bank and no one seems to know what is going on. The service is really bad. Even if the query is escalated to your senior managers, no one seems to assist. What is happening with my interest if you are not transferring my money. The cheque account needs to be closed as I wont be liable for the charges. All was done in the Bedford Gardens branch on 7 September 2013.
