I have an old pro data contract that I have had for years, and hardly use it much..I have recently been using it ant it shows that I have accumulated data still available, but you have been billing me for PSD calls as well. I did go into an Mtn branch and they logged a query for me ref no 2561762. No Body contacted me. I then also created an account on your website Mtn Active. And Logged a query which was closed with REQ:2567925. No one has contacted me. Mtn Active shows me an Unbilled Invoice amount of R 251.14.
The account as I type still says there is accumulated data left.
You have just debited my account for R 997.50
I have stopped using the sim card as of right now. Please contact me via email. The one that you send my Invoices to.
