I have complained via hello peter, ruth has called back a couple of times with no result as i still have no handset that i am paying for. firstly cell c's technical team could not reset the phone, they had to send it back to the store which took another 7 days just to unlock it. to approve a contract takes seconds, in order for them to approve a obf for a new handset takes almost 4 weeks and yet its not approve. i am paying for this handset that i don't have. i have been to the store and i asked if there was progress on the 3rd September and like cell c nothing. i have emailed the store yesterday and still awaiting a reply. maybe legal action of taking cell c to the cpa will solve my problem. i have been struggling since the handset went in on the 20/08/2013
