This issue is still NOT resolved!! I was called on 6 August just after 12 pm by a guy and after listening to my problem he advised me the handset would be collected from the Century City store and sent to JHB again. After more than a month later I hadn't received any feedback so I called 140 on 17 September after 12 pm again, spoke to a girl this time, explained everything to her. She advised me the system does not show the handset was collected again. I asked her to have the call recording of 6 Aug pulled and advise where this handset is and what's being done about my problem and now 3 days later I still haven't had any response!!
I'm getting so sick of this Cell C has no morals!!! We don't have the handset yet we are paying for it!!!
