On 1st August I received an SMS from Cell C collecters. i called the collector and asked since the handset was blacklisted will it be unblacklisted if I pay because I cannot pay and still cannot use the handset, I was asked to contact Cell C legal of which I did and someone from legal confirmed that I need to make a payment and then send the POP to them and they will lift the blacklist. I made a payment by 8 August and send the POP but, to this moment the handset is still blacklisted. Please I need the handset unblacklisted since I paid the outstanding balance on the contract...
