Pathetic Service, yet again

I called Nashuamobile around mid August enquiring on my ebucks allocation for credit earned via my Nashuamobile bill, and was responded to, eventually, by Keamogetswe Serache. The problem I described could not be any simpler, i.e. Why have I stopped receiving ebucks since June 2013. The solution it would seem, is very far from simple. After no response to my initial enquiry, I followed up and was told by a Manager that this is an ongoing problem. I can understand that companies might have administration problems from time to time... what Nashuamobile could not understand is that their customers' expectations need to be managed. I asked for a resolution date, and was given none. After receiving an email response from Keamogetswe Serache, I replied to her requesting more feedback. There was NO response from her for aprox 2 weeks. Another tel call later to the call centre, and suddenly my email is replied to immediately. I then requested that Nashua take accountability and resolve this problem. Seemingly, this could not be done as I am still being passed to FNB ebucks. A chain of emails between Keamogetswe Serache and myself, and I am still no closer to a resolution.
