My fiance, Jean Visser, applied for a Telkom ADSL Line on 29/08/2013 - what a pleasant experience!
The service consultant who assisted him was Mr Owen Mncwango.
Mr Mncwango was friendly, fast and efficient in all his correspondence. He went the extra mile; assisting Jean even though he was on leave and he ensured that an appointment for installation was made with a technician for a specific time - not the usual "anytime between 9am and 4pm".
He also followed up and emailed for confirmation of successful installation.
Mr Mncwango ensured the entire process was pleasant and we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to him. He is an EXCELLENT service consultant and an absolute asset to Telkom!
