I CALL THIS MONEY!!

Funds were deducted twice out of a bank account for a contract that was cancelled four months prior. The account holder is a widower with a meagre income. Both deductions from her account was reversed due to no funds available. This has left her with bank charges for unmet debit orders - money which she CANNOT afford - it is literally taking food out of her mouth. I phoned them on 16 August 2013 and spoke to Mervyn in the accounts dept. The accounts department (Mervyn) acknowledged that it was an error on their side. I send proof by email providing a bank statement. On the 9th of September I again emailed them asking why they are not responding to my email. Up until today, 10 September, they are still as silent as the grave. IS THIS HOW YOU MAKE MONEY - BY SPONGING ON THE POOR AND THEN YOU KEEP QUIET WHEN CAUGHT OUT???!!!
