Telkom .., eish! What can I say.

I have been calling since 25 July 2013 for the installations of a new Telkom / ADSL line. The first consultant confirmed the installation for the next week. So the next week call again to follow up, 'h no sorry sir, no installation was booked'!

AND they have my cell number as 11 digits!! Eish, sorry sir! I had to change my number twice on differnt occasions, not good service!

So the consultant book a date for me for the 6 August 2013. So I phone again on the 6th August as I did not receive any communication from Telkom. Guess what? they did not book the installation for the 6th, so they book the installation for the 8 August.???

Why do I have to follow up so many times with Telkom??? Are a service provider! Maybe, a pain / frustration provider, maybe!

Please help me urgently?
