In October I went to Musgrave to applied for a ADSL line, the process there went very well and they communicated with on time. Then on the 24October I receive an SMS informing me about the date of the installation which was the 30/10/2013. On the day no one came to install and i receive no information or anything from them. On Monday the 4th November I call Telkom on 10210 informing them that no one came to install as per my SMS and I was given the next date of installation which was the 7Nov and up-to-date no one came and no one from Telkom has contacted me about the delay of the installation, yet I have receive the billing statement from them.
