09/09/2013 Ordered a telkom simple deal
11/09/2013 received confirmation
13/09/2013 requested to pay deposit
16/09/2013 deposit paid
17/09/2013 installation scheduled for 20/09/2013 by sms
19/09/2013 inform telkom i will not be available
20/09/2013 technician dispatched to my residence (sms), call telkom to inform that im not available, receive call from technician informing me he's at my residence. Informs me he will come tomorrow (21/09/2013)
21/09/2013 No technician, call telkom make appointment for 26/09/2013 confirmed with sms
23/09/2013 telkom calls to enquire if i'm at home, inform them i'm at work and i have an appointment for 26/09/2013.
25/09/2013 call telkom to confirm appointment, informed it has changed to 27/09/2013. Ask to reschedule appointment given for 30/09/2013. receive sms confirmation for 30/09/2013. later receive confirmation for 27/09/2013. Go in to telkom direct store centurion no help told to call 10210
30/09/2013 Technician comes trouble underground cabling.
04/10/2013 sms confirmation installation to be completed 08/10/2013
08/10/2013 no technician no call or sms to inform me. $$
09/10/2013 receive call from telkom to oinform me a tecnician dispatched.
