About 2 months ago I took out an internet (3G) contract with this branch. Since then I have experienced endless difficulties and despite documenting all of my problems and emailing them to this branch, I receive no responses at all. The problems are endless and I have pages of documented problems/errors etc. Just to give one example... It sometimes takes me up to 2.5 hours to actually access the internet, but once connected, the line (and signal) drops almost immediately I open up a browser. When I am lucky enough to get onto the Internet, the connection can drop up to 50 or more times, every second or so, until it eventually settles down and I am actually able to browse the net. When I originally complained to them, they wanted me to come into their offices... but I just don't see the point as it is at my PC that I am experiencing the problems and where the signal is disappearing. Since then, they have totally ignored every single email I have sent them...
