Being Billed though contract's been cancelled

A few months back (early June 2013), I went to renew my 2G data cntract with Cell C and paid a renewal fee of R150 in store. I was then told by the guy who helped me (Anthony) that I will only start being billed an amount of R99 (as per new contract) at the end of July. Needless to say at the end of June they took R150 out of my account and top of that I couldnt connect to the internet from the time I'd renewed my contract. I then went in store to inquire about the R150 that was taken from me and the inability to connect to the internet and to cancell my new contract with them. They then called their call-centre/head office on my behalf for the cancellation and I assumed that would be the end of it. I never, however got an explanation about the R150. After that I went to my bank (FNB) to stop Cell C from debiting R99 from my account because that was what my new contract was worth. That didn't help because since the end of July and end of August respectively they've gone and taken just over R238 from my account!!!

HELP!! I don't know what else to do. I want an explanation and my money back!!!
