After two complaints to Autopage, I received a call from Fiso (apologies for the spelling). He assisted me with my complaint and query and had everything sorted in under 30 minutes. I do hope his investigation into the supervisors at the call center does get sorted out as it was them who would not help me in the first place. Thank you for sorting out my complaint and I am a happy customer again. All it takes is for one person to not do their job to make a customer unhappy, but luckily it also just takes one person to sort it out and do their job to make a customer happy again. Thank you Fiso / Sifiso (spelling?)
