Battling since October 2012 to sort out acc

I had a query with Autopage, which I logged on hellopeter. Since I have received a call from Najma Moosa, from Autopage, I only received the best service ever. She has sorted out all my queries I had with my account. At which point I have to say I wasnt the most pleasant customer to deal with. I was so frustrated. She turned it all around with her friendly way of dealing with you, yet very proffesional, she phoned me on a daily basis to inform me of the progress and kept me updated. She"s definately an asset to Autopage. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for all she did for me. I would suggest Autopage Management take note of this, and let a person with Najma's skills and abilities train your call centre staff. You have one big problem when it comes to the agents. But nevertheless, I really appreciate what she did for me and im convinced that if this is the way she treated me, she treats all customers she deals with. Well done Najma, you were fantastic. Keep up the good work and I hope that Autopage gives you a BIG bonus for being such a terrific employer. If it wasnt for you, I would never have continued account with Autopage. Thank you once again.
