Got an sms on the 13 Dec. advising me that the tracking device is old and need to be changed, called & spoke to a guy S'fiso who said someone will call to make appointment to change the device. I called again later & spoke to Tshego, said turn around time is 24-48hrs, no one called & again I called in Tuesday 17th, S'fiso again promised that the manager Mark will call, no one called. I called on Friday 20th, Siga told me consultants are not answering their phones but will get them to call. Today the 21st Dec, I called and was holding on the line for over 20 minutes, no reply. I'm very unhappy cause my vehicle is without a tracker as we speak, and I'm worried they will debit my account month end for no service provided. After being a customer since 2007 is this how they treat me, I feel I have been disrespected and wonder if I should rather get another service provider. Is there a specific reason why they are not calling me. I'm beginning to doubt Matrix, should anything happen to my car, will they be able to assist, since they are not able to attend to a simple matter like this. I must say i'm disappointed with the staff and the company as a whole.
