I got a samsung galaxy s4 from my sister in May 2013. My sister and I were never informed about samsungs e-warranty and subsequently my phone developed a long air bubble under the screen and when I went back to the store to enquire about the warranty I was told that I should have registered within 30 days of purchasing the phone. I explained to the consultant that my sister and I were never informed of the warranty by Dikeledi and the consultant said that because the product was new in the market Dikeldi may have not known about the warranty offered by samsung. Quick question if a sales consultant doesn't know about the product how was I the consumer supposed to know??!
