I logged a query in October 2012, regarding being billed for internet usage, while I'm on Blackberry bis. Nothing came of this. I changed my way of paying, because they just take the money, whether you happy or not. Now I dont pay my account until they sort out my problems. I requested for my contract to be ended, due to bad service/attitude. I upgraded to Samsang SIII, boy was that a fault. the Light package were never loaded, so extra costs for me. I will not pay. I have no service, Dont get feedback and the worst of all, they have no Managers. That is bad for a company. You cant go further than the call centre, cause there is never a Manager or Supervisor, no wonder the place is falling apart. I hope a "manager" from Autopage reads this cause I dont know where to go or what to do anymore. I need a phone, but nothing gets sorted, no one person can help you, no everytime you call they clear the ref, give you a new one, and there we go, start from scratch, nothing gets done, I am desparate to sort this out. HELP HELP HELP
