Days have passed and the MTN Regional Management have not given me any feedback as promised on my first report and on that regrad I today I once again called MTN Customer Care to find out where they are with my process only to find out that Franchelle to me about logging a call as there's NO reference number of the call she logged. Is this the kind of service we paying for? This service!!!
